Isn't there a business route for Burlington?

There may have been initially along the old routing of WIS 11 but not anymore. It is signed as Hwy JS on Chestnut St and Hwy E on Durand Ave.

I thought it was along the old routing of WI-36. The old route of WI-11 east of Burlington has always been County Route E since the bypass opened. I filmed it back in January of 2011 shortly after it opened.

My recollection is there were never any business routes signed in Burlington.

Nope.  You stated as such nine plus years ago!
