Description: This OH 111 sign is actually on Indiana soil. This is westbound OH 111 heading south on State Line Road. Oddly, ODOT went to the trouble of continuing OH 111 along the state line, just to end it after 2/3rds of a mile in the middle of nowhere.

My guess is that the idea is that traffic traveling west out of Paulding is likely headed for Woodburn/US 24/Fort Wayne. So, Ohio decided to point people as far as it could along that path -- to Woodburn Road.
