The guy who filed this has a long history of trying to overturn the will of voters

Quote"He was issued a 60-day suspension by the state bar for lying while representing Republican Kari Lake in a lawsuit that sought to overturn the results of the 2022 gubernatorial election. The Arizona Supreme Court fined Blehm and another attorney $2,000 for making "unequivocally false" claims in that case.

He represented a conservative election-denial group in a legal battle with Maricopa County over public records earlier this year. He may not have been licensed to practice law during a trial in that case, because of a "fees-related issue," the county's lawyers said in open court at the time."

EDIT: More reason to hope, last year, the AZ Court of Appeals dismissed a similar case that attempted to stop a tax measure passed by Cochise County voters with only 51% of the vote

The Maricopa County GOP has pulled its lawsuit.

I'm guessing Bryan Blehm doesn't want to get disbarred again

As of Monday 1/13 I-10 EB has a full 6 lanes + 1 HOV between the I-17 split and US 60. Gotta imagine smoother afternoon rush hour traffic on this stretch.
