Once this gets built, it won't take much to then bring US 93 to interstate standards up to the Hoover dam.

A few interchanges with the signed county roads that go to Golden Valley, Chloride, Dolan Springs, White Hills, Temple Bar Marina, and Willow Beach, plus a lot of pavement upgrading, but that's certainly doable.  Other inhabited areas, including ranch turnoffs will require frontage roads.
