TxDOT posted videos of the right-of-way clearance for the project.

This video provides an aerial view of the entire project corridor.

This video shows the pre-project view and the current view synchronized together. However, the pre-project view appears to be computer generated.

I know this may be a bit off-topic, but the second most important part of I-69W that needs to be done is expanding/widening it 4-lanes divided between Laredo and Goliad (it's only like that around east George West for a moment and that's it), and then we can think about bypasses after that.

Doubt this'll happen anytime soon tho, since TxDOT has other big fish to fry first I-45/Downtown Houston, Spur-5/Alvin Freeway also in Houston, I-27/Amarillo, I-10 in San Antonio, I-35 and US-290 in Austin, something DFW, and of course I-69(E), and yet they're only just now planning US-290 overhauls at Chappell Hill, Brenham and Giddings)
Wake me up when they upgrade US-290 between the state's largest city and growing capital into expressway standards if it interstate standards.

Giddings bypass, Elgin bypass, and Elgin-Manor freeway/tollway when?

Which do any of you think will be completed first? Interstate 69C or Interstate 69W? If I had to guess, I'd say Interstate 69C.

The one that has progress throughout the past decade, with the only major roadblock left being the need of a George West bypass

I-69W on the other hand has a long way to go

For the interchange at I-69W and I-35, bids were opened this week to add three direct connectors to complete the interchange.

The new connectors are NB-EB, SB-EB, EB-NB.

Estimate: $66.8 million
Low bid: $69.8 million, 4.5% above estimate, by Urban Infrastruction LLC

The I-35/I-69W interchange is already pretty impressive looking. It will probably look even more so once the last 3 flyover ramps are completed. The flyover bridges of that interchange are pretty long.
