Blue Star Memorial Highway

How many of these are there in the United States? The only one I know of is I-680 in California.

I believe portions of U.S. 50 and U.S. 301 in Maryland are also so designated.

I-64 through all of Kentucky is designated as such.  EDIT: Come to think of it, all of the rest areas/ welcome centers along the entire strech of I-64 have the Blue Star Memorial Highway signs, but KY posts them along the roadway.

I did a quick Google and found that Blue Star highways are all across the U.S.

There was one of those signs at the old Arkansas Welcome Center on I-30 between Exits 1 and 2 in Texarkana before it closed. I'm not sure if there is one at the new one.

US 40 in Colorado is designated as a Blue Star Memorial Highway, and the state historical marker for it is just east of I-225.

One is posted along IL 53 (Old U.S. 66) in Wilmington, IL in the VFW parking lot.  There was a push by the VFW there several years ago to get the marker.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike as well as I-70 in Ohio are marked as a Blue Star Highway.

I-95 in New Hampshire and Maine are the Blue Star Memorial Highway. I also think the New York Thruway is named that aswell.

The most significant is the probably the outer belt of Boston, I-495.

US 17 (Park Avenue) in Orange Park, FL is designated as a Blue Star Highway.  I'm not sure if that designation goes all the way through Clay County, or just in the town limits of Orange Park, though.

Couple of links for you :

The Blue Star Memorial program is run by National Garden Clubs, Inc..  Unfortunately, while they have a description of the program, they don't have a list of the roads so designated.  (It appears, with a bit more Googling, that if a state's Garden Club affiliate can afford to purchase the sign, and can get the appropriate permission from their state government, then any highway can be a Blue Star Memorial Highway...)

FHWA also has a page on the Blue Star highways, but again, no list.

In Ruston, LA where US 167 divides near 1-20  a marker is located in the median.
