I pass the sign on the Thruway westbound from 24 all the time which has "Buffalo 273" as the last line, but never took a picture.  Oh well.

This doesn't seem like it could be a real sign.  The distances to the Cuban cities are okay, but I can't imagine the Cuban government allowing this.  I found the pic on pinterest and can't seem to find any further information.
