There's a few combinations out there with US 218, and the state likes to post what I call "this-and-that" combos with the continuing route and the connecting route posted along side of it. Some states or jurisdictions don't post things like that unless there's a fork in the road or something to prevent confusion from figuring out which route is which.

Normally, I wouldn't continue using a photo that's been used several times before, but we need this game to continue.
