I see the account name of carldorsey11 which had been registered on July 18th using your email address, that should be the account you're referring to.

There is a problem with e-mails from this forum going to 'live.com/hotmail.com' e-mail addresses.  For some odd reason, Microsoft likes to eat them in a way that they never show up in your account, not even in your spam folder.  As SSOWorld says, your 'carldorsey11' account is alive and active awaiting you to sign into it.
