Waking this thread up from a deep sleep.  NJ 324 is no longer accessible by vehicle.

It is presumably sold off by NJDOT to a developer who wants to build a large warehouse development in this area.

All but officially confirmed that the land and road was sold off (haven't found info on the deeds or their transfer yet). There is a PRIVATE PROPERTY marker on the barrier.

NJDOT vacated the portion of NJ 324 west of Springers Lane in 2018 to Logan Township, and the township vacated the road in 2019.

Noticed a very faded US 322 shield on the part still open at Springer Road.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Also saw that the Google Street View dates to November 2012, so the sign may or may not be standing today (it's been 12 years). I know NJDOT added mileposts to NJ 324 in 2017 but dismounted them in late 2019/early 2020, so NJDOT may have replaced the faded US 322 sign. But I have to check for myself or ask someone who's been on NJ 324 recently.

I don't think they were dismounted by NJDOT.  They wound up in the hands of others.  There is one MP sign remaining (I think it was 0.5).  I'm pretty sure that faded sign is gone also, but I'll recheck next time I'm driving by.

The faded 130 sign had been removed by December 2023 (and only the westbound mp 1 was there then)

Thanks for that.  I figured I was off a bit on what MP was remaining.
