The first one had me in tears with Hitler wearing the Golden State cap...sometimes those Downfall memes hit the sweet spot and are hilarious.  :-D

Much ado about nothing, who didn't drop the f-word once?

Meanwhile Ayesha Curry, the wife of current Golden State Warrior star Stephen Curry, said the game was rigged. Is there any sport who isn't rigged?  It won't be long before someone even said than even chess games are rigged too.  :-D

Anymore, people related to the losing team will always say it was rigged.  They'll site missed calls, even though those calls tend to go both ways throughout the game.  After all, the players are the ones missing shots throughout the gane, not the officials.

If the Cavaliers hadn't won the championship, some could had compared them to the Buffalo Bills as this article mentionned in early June.
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/embarrassed-cavs-looking-more-and-more-like-nba-s-buffalo-bills-074727428.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory&soc_trk=fb
and the more cursed sports cities before the Cavaliers championship. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2015/06/04/upshot/The-Most-Cursed-Sports-Cities-in-America.html

Now then the Bay Area had lost to the Cavaliers in the NBA and to the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL. Are the Bay area sports teams are now cursed?

The SF Giants have won 3 World Series since 2010, so I would most definitely say no.  Plus the Warriors won the NBA Finals last year.

Not to mention that the A's had a World Series back in the late 80s and the 49ers had some of the greatest teams to ever play into the mid-90s.

The 49ers won one super bowl in 1994 but their best days were in the Montana era in the 80's.

Yes, I'm just finding some minor amusement that the 1980s and 90s have become the olden dark ages as far as sports droughts are measured now.  Good god I still remember the 1984 World Series like it was yesterday..

Funny you mention 1984, for me it was the NLCS. I was at Wrigley Field for Game 1 when the Cubs smoked the Padres (wasn't it something like 13-1?)

Too bad the rest of the series didn't work out so well.....

Yeah it's actually kind of funny to look back and think of the Padres being that good.  :-D  I just remember how satisfying it was to see Goose Gossage get smoked by Kirk Gibson.

I spotted that clip on Youtube.

Can't even get a perfect (losing) record right!

I was there (took advantage of one of the many $6 tickets that were available on StubHub)

I picked the right game to go to.

They should've won today too. Today's loss was legit their own fault.

Aaaaaaand the Browns still had a horrible season. I was sorta rooting for them to go 0-16. Damn Chargers ruined my wish.

Yeah they did. I suppose after Cleveland got to see an NBA Championship, a Calder Cup Championship and an AL pennant all in the same year, there had to be something to try and balance things out a bit.
