I've been near and seen the endpoints of VA 310, VA 329, and VA 339, but they are not drivable. Technically, neither is VA 318, but I have technically traversed it from end to end. The ones I clinched by walking or biking were clinched when I lived in Richmond but did not have a car.
I need to update my map; I-464 is missing and I need to add some US highways.

Alex:
My clinched Interstates: https://www.aaroads.com/clinched/anitzman.html and http://cmap.m-plex.com/user/aaroads/ (missing my I-73 clinch; I also have to go back an update my future Interstate mileage now that you can add it!)
My counties: http://www.mob-rule.com/cgi-bin/makeuser.cgi?user=aaroads (none new this year :( )
I have an atlas that shows every road I've driven or ridden upon. At some point I may log all of the U.S. and state highway segments per state that have been clinched. I can say that I have been on every Interstate, U.S., State, and County highway in Baldwin County, AL, and Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida. I've done every segment of State, U.S., and Interstate in Cecil County, Maryland and New Castle County, Delaware as well.
