I was exploring Google Maps near La Crosse, WI and there is a neighborhood between the Eastbound and Westbound lanes of I-90 with at least 2 dozen structures. What is the largest such neighborhood in the US?

I-75 outside Cincinnati, OH has a large median neighborhood. I didn't count the homes/buildings, but it's well into the hundreds: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.2182651,-84.4472603,1791m/data=!3m1!1e3

Arlington Heights. That'd be the first one I'd think of.

I think I-75 in Cincy is the winner

There is a lot of land in the median for I-24 at Monteagle, TN, but I don't think THAT many people live on that particular part of that mountain

I-670/OH has some schools and businesses in its median, Downtown Columbus

If there's any neighborhood that is a liminal space, it's that one.

Not an interstate or even a full freeway, but MO-13 used to have half of a town (Brighton) in its median. The northbound lanes were realigned a few years ago to be right next to the southbound lanes, however.  (The old route is now supplemental routes K and F.)

I'm guessing it's probably this section, on the Minnesota side: https://www.google.com/maps/@43.9251016,-91.3925333,2258m/data=!3m1!1e3

I remember driving it back then.  Then, the next time I drove MO-13, I kept looking forward to driving through that town again–kept looking forward to it, in fact, till I approached Springfield and realized what must have happened.
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.

I say that's the largest neighborhood in the median of an Interstate.

Although it doesn't count as a freeway, I-78 in Jersey City has some buildings in its median as well, due to it running on a two-way couplet.

I found it, it's on the Minnesota side of the river. Found it before I saw Webny's post.
