Are there any? I doubt it but who knows.
My memory is telling me MO-370 around Saint Charles used to be 60 mph while I-70 to I-270 was signed at 65 or 70 mph. However, GSV is not corroborating my memory, instead showing both routes as 60 mph.
Well, this is kind of cheating, but "Bypass US-30" in Portland is a surface street, with speed limits in the 35-40 MPH range mostly (probably lower around St. John's). US-30 follows I-84, I-5, and I-405, with speed limits between 50 and 60 MPH. But even when US-30 exits the freeways and becomes a surface street in NW Portland, I don't think the speed limit ever drops below 40, so it still counts.

I'm not ruling out that I-70 was once posted higher than 60 through St. Charles and St. Peters after MO 370 was built, but I certainly can't recall it.
