New interchange between US 41/70S & SR 96. Interesting overhead signs with turn only signs on them. Also note the humorous eating establishment name on the billboard

There used to be one here but it closed about 3 years ago.  So I checked their website - they only have four locations - all in the Nashville area - but I looked at the menu - their location here was definitely part of the same chain.

You'll sometimes see these in New England as well.  There's a recent one on VT 9 in Brattleboro.

The US 64/74 Bypass Cleveland TN interchange at I-75 has these as well.

Toot's is sort of like Hooter's (this one is just before one), but their food is better overall, and the atmosphere is a little more family-friendly.

Anyway, I'm very glad to see that this construction is finished!  This had been talked about for years: building an overpass to alleviate traffic at what was perhaps the busiest signalized intersection in the entire state.  In order to start this work, they needed to build out the alternates first (Medical Center Pkwy, it's interchange with I-24, and a new I-24 interchange with TN 99).  At this point I believe this finishes the major buildouts/rebuilds for the core of Murfreesboro, and any other building in this area should expect to happen outward (unless they add lanes to existing arterials).

The food at Toots is ok.  Nothing much to write home about.  It is more family friendly than Hooters for sure.

You can find some of these in North Carolina, they aren't too common but not uncommon either.

They really need to put down overhead signs on Bruton Smith Blvd for I-85 in Concord.  That is a very busy congested road with Concord Mills at one end and Charlotte Motor Speedway at the other.  Plus, the blvd is surrounded with loads of commercial development.
