Long overdue,traffic from Ft.Hood between 3-6 is a parking lot. Construction was scheduled to start now, but nothing has been done yet. Maybe they are waiting for the spring time to start.

ya, winter in Texas is so harsh, I couldnt imagine a road crew working in the 50 degree temps of january.
