I think I know why.  Looks like that email provider has started to eat emails once again (if you fellow mods remember, I had the same issue) that the forum sends it.  So, I think that's why he didn't get the email.

And I am unable to do so because I never received an activation e-mail, which leads me to believe I mistyped the e-mail address.

Is lucanmvn the address your registration is under?  Let me see if I can find the problem.
