I've been trying to join the group of D.O.T. Employees, but never got a response.

CANALLER, you should post in this thread while logged in.  This section is only for registering an account here on the forums and you're having problems doing it, not for the DOT group (two totally different things).

Anyways, I've sent you a PM on this subject.
