I made a New Year's resolution many years ago to make no more New Year's resolutions. I've kept that one.

Failed.

The New Years resolution is supposed to be something you try to do after the new year begins. It hasn't happened yet in his time zone (or in mine or yours).

Yep! NYR's are overrated: pointless conversation pieces and not much else. If you want something bad enough, you'll do it regardless of what the calendar says, and if you lack the willpower, it isn't going to suddenly happen just because you're calling it a "resolution".

Impossible, you are a couple years too young (at least for me). Unless the driving age in PA is 16 (as opposed to 18 in Spain).
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

As far as I know all US states are 16, 15 under certain restrictions usually related to farm work.
