Looks like you found Quebec's second Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc, the one south of the St. Lawrence River, which is far from the larger one I played earlier in this thread (in northern Quebec, near Saguenay). Not that it matters, since the rules of this game allow different users to play different photos of signs for the same city.
