It's more weirder that it has no entrance or lobby to it.
The door between Sticky's and Dippin' Dots seems to be the entrance. Could also have alley access.

NYC has become a popular spot for those very slender supertall buildings. Its quite fascinating how skinny some of those are due to land constraints.
