Utah state highways

All - UT 7 is now open between Warner Valley Road and Long Valley Road.

I've put edits into GitHub that A) Merge UT.007 and UT.007San, and rename WasDamRd to LonValRd.

Some discussion on the Mountain West board indicates UT 7 has exit numbers. You might want to use those instead.

Yeah, I see they added some in GSV.

In that case, it'd be:
