Doing some prep for my trip to Newburyport, and found this in western Pennsylvania.

Should be PA-18.

When I drove/clinched WI 191 maybe 15-20 years ago every sign that I saw that should have read 'WI 191' said 'US 191'.

US 119 spotted in White Plains, New York back in March...

A recent replacement trailblazer assembly for this one in Claymont, DE now has a US 92 shield on it.

Update:  The above-erroneous shield has since been replaced with a correct DE 92 shield.

US 89

Apparently US 85 now goes through Utah:

Discovered this one while navigating through a GSV link in the New Jersey Turnpike thread; US 40 got demoted to NJ 40.

Forgot that I had that one.

There was another one east of Woodstown, for a detour...but the first one's more "official".

I found this picture on an online periodical discussing a border town where Quebec meets Vermont.  (source)

Two error shields and a 1950s-spec state-named shield...that's roadgeek gold.

Should look <sarcasm-font>a little more like this</sarcasm-font>:

Plus the error US 235 on the green sign to the right.

Look out, Toledo and Sioux City...US 20 is paying a visit to Huntsville, Alabama. Which is really weird, because Alabama Route 20 disappeared from this spot 30 years ago. You can get to "Old Highway 20" about a half mile from here, though.

^^ Worse yet, do you go straight or make a right turn to get to hwy. 20?

Could potentially be both ways.

This is from years ago, but I'm seeing if anyone else saw it there. Somewhere in the Derby area - around the CT 8/34 interchange - there was a error "US 8" shield. I saw it only once ever - and as soon I told my dad to turn around so we could take a photo of it, we couldn't find it again? I know I saw it, and I know it was there. Did anyone else ever see it? Where was it?

Haven't been able to snag a photo yet, but the off ramp from northbound VA 288 onto VA 145 has two pairs of circle 145 shields. I checked the ramp from southbound 288 as well, only to find no shields at all.

Olive Garden must be stopped.  I must stop them.

Don't @ me. Seriously.

One of my favorites and one I see all the time: Dracut Road merging onto NH-3A in Hudson, NH. The signs say US 3-A, which for one doesn't even exist, and for two, US-3 is on the other side of the Merrimack River (runs concurrently with the Everett Turnpike through Nashua).

From 2009, Texas SH 31 signed as US 31 at the intersection of I-35 and US 84 near the Waco/Bellmead city limits: https://goo.gl/maps/uHUZbRPu4qS3EZw19. I remember seeing this in mid-2010. The error has been corrected, in part due to the reconstruction of the intersection, as one can see by changing the date.

US 151 was just reconstructed last year around Dodgeville, WI, including the interchange with US 18. These signs all had the proper US shields before reconstruction, and now have been replace with WI shields.

And then in downtown Dodgeville along WI 23, this US 191 shield has been put up in place of what should be a WI 191 shield.
