North Little Rock, AR dedicated their first Roundabout/Traffic Circle today at Pike Ave, Riverfront Drive and Broadway (Jct AR 365 & AR 100).
No sooner did they cut the ribbon when someone drove around the circle it the wrong way :pan:

It may be more clear with this sign that indicates the circulation on a roundabout.

Though there are already huge black-yellow arrow signs.
For many Dutch it seems hilarious that many Americans don't know how to navigate a roundabout, but I can understand the concept may be confusing if you have never driven one and they never teach about it during drivers ed, or when drivers ed has been years to decades ago.
Is that sign used for all types of roundabouts, or just for mini-roundabouts? The equivalent design in the UK is prescribed for mini-roundabouts only.
