Anyone who commutes on SH130 (especially between US290 and US79) knows how congested it's quickly become. The median was clearly built to accommodate future usage, anyone know what those plans were?
My thoughts: Since the state is reluctant to buy the toll outright, then seems like a compromise would be - add tolled express lanes in the median and make the mainlanes free (like TEXpress lanes in Dallas or Katy Freeway in Houston). Is there any flaw in my logic here?
