Light rain.

In this part of the country, that almost doesn't exist during the summer.  It's either no rain or thunderstorms.

Summer is here ugh!!!! Highs in the high 90s, humidity 70%, lows at night 80s. Thunderstorms every afternoon, rain doesnt cool just increases humidity. It will be like this til late October.
We're hoping the Sahara dust clouds will slow hurricane activity. I think now that my family issues have been resolved I'll soon be heading home to Delaware. The only thing keeping me here now is selling this mobile home, anyone like to move to Crestview, FL? I guess my weather report nixed anyone on here moving here, I gotta think of something good to say about Crestview. As Jack Benny would say "I'm thinking, I'm thinking".

When I was in the White mountains, one day was rainy, the next was sunny and in the 80s, and the last was cloudy and in the 60s.

Enjoying a spectacular thunderstorm looking south into Alexandria, VA right now. Fairly humid but the temps have dropped and there's a nice breeze.

The lightning is very rapid. Although I started my day in Indianapolis, we drove back into DC right about the time the afternoon storms passed. Looks like things got intense for a while. The current storms are just following the big show from earlier.

Currently in the midst of our first extended heat wave. Expected to cool a bit off this weekend but the heat is expected to surge back in late next week. Signals are showing above average temperatures for much of the month

Yesterday, it poured cats and dogs for probably 20 or 30 minutes straight at my office, shortly before I got off work yesterday.  There was still some light rain when I pulled out of the parking lot, and part of the land was flooded.  Eleven miles later, I got home, and my neighbor started mowing her lawn because the neighborhood hadn't gotten more than a few drops.  My lawn still crunches when you walk on it.

Some cities in my area didn't get over 60 today. It's absolutely great.

Had some pretty strong thunderstorms move through this afternoon, but it's cleared out nicely.  Now just humid and temps in the upper 70's.

Upper 80s and partly cloudy. A tropical storm was apparently coming, but I guess not.

I'm currently questioning my decision not to wake up earlier to do yard work. Sunny with highs in the mid 90s and a heat index around 110.

Actually a bit hotter than usual for this time of year.

It is going to be dry and in the mid 90s for the next few days. I'm having to get up at 6-7AM for my morning runs, and for me getting up early the hardest part about it..
