Since the signal fan community is expanding at an alarmingly high rate (as evident to the large people on the traffic signal and highway signs page on facebook and on instagram), I've decided to launch a new traffic signal/road enthusiast forum. This is more traffic signal based than the other two forums, and it's for people who are more casual when it comes to the hobby, as opposed to hardcore, like highway divides is.
