According to Top Gear's website this episode was originally done in 2009 (so my apologies if this has been discussed before)

I saw her speak a few years ago at a conference and managed to get to speak to her for a few seconds. Nice lady  :D
Over 50 and thus a grumpy old man. Just as long as you realise I'm right and you're not, we'll get along just fine, OK? ;-)
