The sign for Zoo Drive is smaller in the background on the right side of the freeway.  Rule 3 suggests that this should be a valid play.

Nope, but I'm going to assume it's a suffix and not part of the main name.

I did some googling and all I could find was an Oakwood Drive in Jacksonville, AR. Unfortunately, GSV didn't go down that road for whatever reason, so I couldn't investigate it any further than that. I do suspect they're related, though, and as such going with just "Oakwood" as the name seems appropriate to me. (There was also an Oakwood Manor Drive, outside Jacksonville, but the signs seen in GSV clearly indicated that it was not at all related to the one in TBKS1's picture.)

Anyway:

Del Ridge Drive → Eighth Street (Albany, MN)
