Fort Wayne News-Sentinel column: City, state need to solve Indiana 930 problem

There's a rather interesting column about Indiana 930's deficiencies today, and while there's nothing really new to those familiar with the area, it does highlight what happens when various agencies can't agree. From personal experience, I know that Coliseum backs up in many places, and there have been some things done to help with that (lead-lag left-turn phasing if not simply prohibiting as in the case mentioned in the column), but there's still a lot that should be done.
