What’s your favorite style of BBQ?

Lately, I have been frequently eating Mission BBQ in Naperville.  I understand they are a chain but the pulled pork with the Memphis Belle (Sweet and Tangy) sauce is fantastic.

I hear Tulsa's pretty good too.

My favorite BBQ joint, Elmer's, recently closed. It disappointed me very much. Now I'll have to find a new favorite.

Was that the one we visited at the Tulsa meet?

(We should do some more Oklahoma meets. OKC and Tulsa have both changed a lot since the last ones we had.)

That was Wilson's, which closed several years ago.

I'm a bit biased*, but I like St. Louis style. Love Maull's sauce, and use it on pretty much everything. Memphis comes in second, but it's also tied with KC and Texas.
