One ramp for multiple lettered exits

Noticed while recently driving I-205 in Vancouver, WA that on northbound 205, there is one exit ramp at the Mill Plain Blvd exit that serves three lettered exits. 28A is Mill Plain eastbound, 28B is Mill Plain westbound, and 28C is 112th Ave.  All three are served by one ramp off of 205.

This seems unique, but I'm sure there's other places similar?

These are pretty common for cloverleaf interchanges with C/D lanes
Here are some examples I can think of, though not all linked are with C/D lanes
Exits 43 A-B and 41: I-270 to I-70/US 40
Exits 63 A-B: I-275 to OH 32
Exits 31 A-B: I-64 to I-170/Brentwood/Hanley
Exits 235A-B: I-70 to US 67

No suffixes, but here's one exit with two unconsecutive exit numbers exiting off the same ramp: Exits 33 and 30: I-270 to Easton/OH 161

US 89

It appears the majority of lettered exits in Utah come from the same ramp:

I-15 exit 257, north (257A-B) and south (257B-A)
I-15 exit 298, south (298B-A) - northbound is still just 298, but there's a bunch of construction there now so I'm expecting a renumbering once the final signage goes up
I-15 exit 305, north (305A-D) and south (305C-A)
I-80 exit 115, east (115A-C) - westbound has separate ramps
I-80 exit 123, west (123B-A) - no eastbound exits
SR 201 exit 15, west (15C-B) - eastbound has separate ramps

NJ's I-295 Exit 2B-C: https://goo.gl/maps/m1YkSHuWQSJ4d7L76 . This one is unusual because the B/C split is just an ordinary porkchop split at the top of the ramp: https://goo.gl/maps/Wn8yhicgnfijbYvR9 , which was probably done just to match the different ramps on I-295 South at this interchange.  And maybe even more unusual...the route you're actually exiting onto, NJ 140, is never referenced on any sign.

More standard: Exit 45 A/B: https://goo.gl/maps/17uYMJBc42WdbSdz6

MN I-94 exit 207 A&B MN 101/County 81 and MN 101 North ramp
MN I-94 exit 35 B&C (using I-694 exit numbers) MN 252 and East River Road, which just directs you to a ramp back onto 694 to access those exits
WI I-39/90/94 exit 135 A-B-C US 151 North/South and High Crossing Drive (High Crossing Drive exit westbound only)

The NJ one has it because SB has two ramps serving the same place as the NB one along with there being a 2A at the u turn ramp back to I-295 just before it creates the awkward situation.

The EB I-4 ramp to Michigan Street in Orlando use to be 81B-C before the I-4 Ultimate. That too had a WB Exit 81A with two WB Michigan ramps to create the same exact situation.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Per the MUTCD, states decide their own policy with regard to numbering exits on ramp splits and CD roads. My own state of Georgia doesn't, but obviously many other states do.

Once complete, there will be 51H (I-290 - Aurora), 51I (Congress Pkwy/Ida B. Wells Dr), and 51J (Taylor St/Roosevelt Rd) heading southbound (eastbound) on I-90/94.

Great examples. I wasn't aware this occurred as much as I'm seeing!

Probably pretty common with collector/distributor carriageways.  Here's one for both multiple letters and multiple numbers:

The new draft of the MUTCD lays out clear examples on how CD ramps are to be numbered and signed. This is needed as they currently differ from state to state (or even interchange to interchange).

US 12 NB in Wisconsin, EXITS 330 A-B is one ramp for the entire interchange.

Here is what I assume is a rarer variation:

Here is I-695 inner loop at MD 147 - https://goo.gl/maps/WjywYyDvgvjYzD6Z7

This ramp does not have any other ramps but has this posting - https://goo.gl/maps/7VAKsMGpDBuJYSgF9

What happened here is that there used to be a clover ramp for Exit 31B, while the ramp that remains only headed south on MD 147.  Now there is a stoplight at the top of the ramp to go either direction on MD 147.

Another example from the same highway: I-695 Outer Loop exits 12 C-B (and similar signs along the ramp, although the MD 372 west marker was replaced at some point without the 12C tab on top).

I wish I could remember where it was, somewhere in Wisconsin I think.  The direction we were heading had only one exit ramp, and you turned left or right at the end of the ramp.  The other way had 2 exit ramps, one a normal diamond type and the other a cloverleaf ramp.  In both directions, the exits were numbered XX A and B.

Yeah, I find examples that aren't collector/distributor to be more interesting. Not much point in listing all those out since there's so many.

This one is interesting because while it's not technically numbered, the corresponding southbound exits (which are separate) are numbered. This is is indicative of a larger trend in my area of not numbering the split exits individually, also seen here and here.

For a fake version of these, try Exit 13A-B on I-287 north in NJ.
If you ever feel useless, remember that CR 504 exists.
