Hello fellow road enthusiasts!  I'm pleasantly surprised to find a site full of people with the same sick obsession with roads as me!

For an exceptional site with great details on Wisconsin's Highways, you should check out www.wisconsinhighways.org .  It has details on every state, US, and I route in Wisconsin.  Very informative and interesting.  And it looks very nice too.

Check it out, and let me know what you think.

I hope some of you would agree as well that AAroads should do some traveling up here in the Northwoods.

Great site!  Born and raised in WI, and I found a lot of information on there I never knew, even about highways I used to frequently drive.

Terminus photos by highway would be awesome....a feat to accomplish, but awesome.

Kudos!

Fantastic site.  I have spent many, many, many, wonderful hours of my life on this site and will spend many, many, many more.

Chris Bessert's sites are some of the most informative and best looking I've seen.  He also does Michigan Highways and Ontario Highways.  The maps are excellent, too, which makes sense because he's a GIS specialist.

Too bad none of these sites have updated in a while.  :-/

Website wise, the webmaster, Chris Bessert, with less time available to work on his websites, has decided to devote his time to Michigan and Wisconsin Highways, since his site is a primary focus for information on the history of highways in these two states.  I believe around the time he was beginning his site migrations from AOL to MichiganHighways.org and WisconsinHighways.org, Cameron Bevers was already well underway developing TheKingsHighway.ca, and soon thereafter Scott Steeves was developing OntHighways.com, both of which offer extensive coverage on historical and other information on Ontario's highways.  That is why I think Chris decided to hold back on further development of his Ontario Highways site.
