What movie was it where him, Dom Deluise, and Dan Akeroyd were three men on the run to obtain a film that was incriminating to some terrorists who also were searching for the film to avoid going to prison.

The search led them to Grand Central in New York in where the evidence was stored inside an employee locker.

His daughter, apparently speaking on behalf of the family, had speculated that it was carbon monoxide, and some media ran with that, but I never saw any statements from police or fire saying they suspected that as a cause.

The initial report was that the couple and their dog were all dead, which makes CO the most likely cause. However, it has since been revealed that there were other dogs in the house that survived, so that pretty much rules out CO.
