I stumbled on a non-neutered Oregon I-5 shield in Halsey today! One still exists, and it's in decent shape!

US 101 is THE backbone of the Pacific coast from Bandon OR to Willits CA.  Industry, tourism and local traffic would be gone or severely crippled without it being in functioning condition in BOTH states.

Don't think so - the 5's crown isn't exactly parallel to the text (left end is slightly lower than the right), and digit itself looks like a decal that's starting to slowly wear off. The 'Oregon' feels like it's too close against the shield's white bar (compare it against my AV, which was created by the shield generator).
Also -- series E? Feels like the 5 is slightly too large for a state-name shield.
