This is more a basic question than a discussion...

If folded diamonds like this one

were commonly called by Parclo naming schemes, what would they be? B1s?

Well, the loop ramp comes not before but after the over/underpass, so it's type B, and three of the four quadrants have ramps, so that makes your example a B3.
