(the last two terms are specific to TX)

I thought we had a thread for this sort of thing, but that's probably true of just about everything now.

MN-specific:

TH - Trunk Highway (most commonly used in reference to state highways, but is used for all classes of state-maintained routes)
CSAH - County State-Aid Highway (county roads maintained partially with state funding)
self-certified as the dumbest person on this board for 5 years running

NC too at one time used SR for Secondary Routes.

Also I found it funny that Indiana uses State Road for their state designations considering that is a term used mostly in the southern region.

Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

I've been trying to think of topics for which that isn't true, but it's proving rather challenging. That's one of the reasons the increase in forum activity isn't reflected in thread volume - only in post volume.
