New User Name

Hey all!

I recently changed my name from I.C.Ligget to PennDOTFan. I decided to change it to something more road related plus I didn't like the old name for security reasons hence it has my last name in it. Anyway, I am a huge PennDOTFan and love their signal set ups and everything PennDOT  :D, so thats why thats my new name
