Hopefully the B&M Gates Foundation can find a new headquarters campus if it gets balkanized. It's one of the worst uses of land in Downtown Seattle: a suburban-style lowrise campus right between the Seattle Center and SLU.

They said they will continue to run the Gates Foundation together.  We'll see.
Agree that the Foundation is not really a great use of that real estate.  They don't do much with the arts.

What's worse than bad land use?  Vacant and unused...

I'm more interested in how the under the couch cushions corners of the Internet spin this as part of his plan for world domination or claim he can't actually get divorced because he wasn't really married on account that he's not human but is a prototype for a cyborg he turned himself into 40 years ago or some shit.
