The multiple "101" and "tall building" references make me think it’s somewhere in Taiwan because the tallest building in Taiwan is called Taipei 101.

Edited to add: The Chongyang Bridge in Taipei seen from the next bridge nearby (you’ll have to click into Street View since the Google Maps app isn’t letting me get a Street View link):

I don’t have any good bridge pictures ready to post right now, so I’ll pass my turn to someone else if anyone wants to go next.

Edited to add: My earlier attempts at solving that one had focused on border crossings where traffic switches sides of the road, based on your earlier hint about driving on the right.

^Yes, you are correct! I must have missed the previous entry back in November, but I figured this wouldn't be too hard regardless.

The new bridge has an observatory that looked like it was worth a stop. Unfortunately we crossed early in the morning and it wasn't open. But if I ever get back to that part of Maine, I'd certainly plan a stop there.
