Malt St in Weedsport, NY is 89 feet long.  Ever since I first I saw it as a kid, I've wondered "What's the point?".  I suppose it could be used as a bypass for the intersection just to the north, but there's no turn restriction there, and it looks like a tractor-trailer would have enough room to turn if they took it wide.  I've never seen anyone use Malt St as a bypass.

I guess it's to let drivers heading northwest on Erie Dr access the Dunkin' Donuts?

Actually, I wish that type of thing was done more often. Saves local traffic from having to make the sharp almost U-turn at the main intersection.

Powers Place in Los Angeles is only 13 feet.  The entire street is basically a median cut-through, but the median separates two low traffic two-way streets, not a one-way pair.

Looks like Powers Place is about 40 feet, not 13 feet.

Nelly Street in Wakefield (MA) is 360 feet long.  Connects Broadway and Bartley Street.

Such is signed as Connector Rd.; so it does count.  Google Maps erroneous lists such as part of Sohier Rd. (from the pre-roundabout days).  If such segment were still part of Sohier Rd.; it wouldn't count.

Hibbs Ave. in Glenolden, PA (Delaware County) is roughly 315 long and connects South Ave. to Glenfield Ave.

Greenlodge Street just south of the Detroit/Southfield border is 265 feet long.  It's essentially a surface ramp from southbound Greenfield Road to the southbound Lodge Freeway service drive (hence its name), but it's officially designated and signed as a street.

Enid Street in Norman, Oklahoma is 110 feet long. Oklahoma Ave. used to connect through to Classen Blvd and Enid ended at a T intersection. Now, one can continue east of Oklahoma, but that's a driveway that probably shouldn't be counted as part of Enid's length.

I think the shortest one in Seattle to meet this definition would be Loretta Place (315 feet).

The newest street in Seattle (Borealis Avenue) is also pretty short, at just under 400 feet.

Michigan is a very short street in North Bend OR.  It is so short that no house addresses are on it.  The street connects 101 (Sherman Avenue) with Union Avenue.  My guess is that the street is 90 feet long.

US 101 is THE backbone of the Pacific coast from Bandon OR to Willits CA.  Industry, tourism and local traffic would be gone or severely crippled without it being in functioning condition in BOTH states.

I'm not entirely sure if this counts, but there's a short segment of 18th Ave NE between two different legs of NE 96th St that's about 150 feet long.  It looks like it was introduced to allow the elementary school to take over part of the NE 96th St right of way, and given its own name for some reason. It really functions as just a part of 96th, though, and Google Maps shows it as such even though it's signed as its own thing. Seattle has a lot of weird little street segments due to grid weirdness, but this is the shortest one I could find that seems to meet the criteria of this thread.

I like how the 18th Ave sign has an arrow so there's no ambiguity about whether that driveway is also part of the street.

If you ever feel useless, remember that CR 504 exists.

In the same intersection, the very short Motor Drive is the ramp from EB Eight Mile Road (M-102) to SB M-10.  The apartments just south of it have Motor Drive addresses.
