I make the "Full Length Interstates" series on Youtube - real time videos of the full length of interstates recorded without commentary.
Here's an example of my work:
Since I live in Massachusetts, my recordings are Interstates I can access in a day trip. Interstates filmed include, I-89, I-91, I-93, portions of I-95, and the local I-84, I-190, I-290, I-195, I-295, I-395, and I-495.
Additional videos include driving videos from various computer games.
For the past year I've been posting these videos on my personal channel. Recently I've decided to start a dedicated channel for Full Length Interstates, to create a degree of separation between my other activity on youtube and this hobby. I've migrated most of my videos over to the new channel, so the old videos are now unlisted.

New Interstates: I-787
The I-787 is the result of branching out into non-interstates. My most recent video is of the State Route 2's from Boston to Albany. A new thing I'm trying in the upload process is to upscale to 4k to increase quality. Youtube compresses the crap out of high motion and high detail footage, so upscaling is one way to achieve higher bitrate. Unfortunately the Route 2 video seems to be stuck at 1080p, it's something I'm trying to resolve with Youtube Support.
Another thing I'm trying is head mounted go-pro style POV footage. I've already posted a short 4K/60fps POV video I recorded driving through Providence as a way to test my new action camera. I am currently processing POV video of a large portion of a certain US highway.
I have a few more ideas planned for the channel, a week trip planned for when the days get longer again, and maybe something that involves my other license.

My new video just finished processing! It's the full length of US 6 in New England, eastbound from the NY border to Cape Cod. What's special is that the entire video is POV filmed on a head-mounted camera, just something different I'm trying out.

146 is, along with the 4 lane section of MA 24/ 79, not a good highway, but I guess that's what makes it interesting.
I don't like the idea of going out of my way for a short non-interstate, especially if it isn't a freeway. Someone on youtube suggested MA 3A, an example of something I am unlikely to do. I think 146 could be worth doing, considering both my proximity to it and its importance as part of the I-190+I-195 "beltway".
In terms of day trip options, I've pretty much run out of interstates in New England. Commuting to NYC opens up a whole new range of day trip possibilities but... 2x3 hour commute + NYC traffic and tolls will either make me stronger or destroy me :pan: The other option is to redo some of my existing videos, both incorporating general quality improvements and winter scenery.

POV:
I recorded the GSP and I-287 in NY/NJ in the same session. White balance isn't very good and idk how to tweak it. These videos were recorded in "4K super" mode which is a taller aspect ratio. I assume that the actual aspect ratio is 1:1 (I haven't found actual documentation to confirm this. The footage comes in 3840x2160 with no aspect ratio defined in the metadata), but I changed it to 6:5 because 1:1 looks way too narrow.

I've published quite a few videos since my last post here, and I am posting a 4K60 recording of MA I-495 today! I am trying out a driving style where I maintain access to the left lane when approaching an on-ramp by speeding up. This also has the effect of reducing the chance I will need a break (and risk covid exposure) due to faster, uh, transit times. Still not sure if I wanna use this technique out of state yet!

Only problem was I accidentally set the sharpness setting on my 4K camera to "soft" so it turned out not so good, I ended up posting both the soft footage and sharper but lower res footage from my dash cam as well:

I finally got around to reuploading these videos after youtube failed to process the 4K version of my 1st upload. Youtube does not allow duplicates and I did not want to delete the original upload so I had to modify the video in some way - I decided that changing the aspect ratio slightly in the metadata would preserve the most quality.

The most enjoyable part of US-1 for me has got to be the freeway-like portion with the a full median turnaround complete with acceleration/deceleration lanes (I forget what this kind of interchange is called but basically a michigan left without the direct side road crossing)

I don't plan on doing time lapses or sped up video at all, and youtube limits the length and size of uploaded videos to 1X hours and 1XX GB.

There's a bit of cleaner residue that I forgot to squeegee, but I use the wipers less than an hour in.
During the last 30 minutes the low fuel light comes on so I slow down to conserve fuel out of an abundance of caution.
