From another forum I visit....

Two claims were made, and one of them turned out to be false.

If I said two things and one of them was false, would you still believe the other no matter what, or would you be a bit skeptical?

Also, the avatar is a Maine license plate. If Maine has the same weather as Massachusetts, it's still snowing.

He lives in Maryland. I think you're missing the double entendre....  :-D

It's just over 40 and it has started snowing again. Apparently we're supposed to get another half-foot on Monday, which should be fun to watch during rush hour.

Under a high wind warning. Winds 25-35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.

Temp is currently 43, with some scattered light showers passing through the area.

Was experiencing a blizzard this morning until the snow stopped around 4 AM or so, then it continued as a ground blizzard for a few hours after that. Now it's just damn windy. I have no idea how much snow fell because it's all blown away. :-D

It decided to snow about three inches this morning. Now about 34 with a snow/rain mix.

The snow was extremely localized, with areas only a few miles away receiving absolutely nothing. As far as I can tell, my neighborhood was the "worst hit" of the south-Seattle metro area, at least as far as I can tell from driving around.

Same here, tomorrow we're expecting 26-30mph winds and 48mph gusts.  Expecting a high of 42.

I guess I won't be biking to work tomorrow.  :-/

35 and mostly cloudy
No mention of the 22 mph winds?

That'd mean he'd have to put effort into his post, for once.

There's been this weird bright thing in the sky today and yesterday, which hadn't really happened since the Saturday before last weekend. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be headed into another week's worth of rain after tomorrow. The Apple forecast app has been on-and-off showing a snowflake for next Sunday; I think that's unlikely, but you never know.

Wow, when I was outside later I really felt the wind. Must've gotten stronger in the afternoon.

Most high school campuses have multiple buildings. At least out west.

Most high school campuses have multiple buildings. At least out west.

Or maybe it's a situation like my high schools were, where my school district's population was growing so quickly we couldn't keep up constructing new schools, so half our classes were in "portable classrooms" outside the main building.

As for the weather, it's mostly cloudy and 49 this morning with an expected high around 65. Rain will return around Thursday, as what I can only assume at this point is divine retribution for some unknown crime continues. Supposedly turning much colder next week, though it seems unclear right now just how much colder.
