Chesepeke Bay Bridge-Tunnel Fatal Crash

Well a news article has been released on Delaware online & it shows that the fatal crash that took place on the Bay Bridge, on July 27th has interesting details

Would a stronger guard rail, saved the 3 lives that were lost? Or would it have caused more injures?

FYI, Tony, this refers to a crash on the CBBT, or the Bay Bridge Tunnel, not the "Bay Bridge" .  There's a big difference.

This also should have been posted under Mid-Atlantic and not General Talk, especially since there's another "Bay Bridge"  in San Francisco. Mid-Atlantic is also where we discussed the crash previously.
