Help identifying music video where Big Bird falls on band

My business partner has been pestering me about this for years.

She unequivocally insists there was a music video on MTV around 1983 in which Big Bird falls down from the ceiling and lands on the band. The only other thing she remembers about the video is that the band was dressed in black and performing in front of a white background.

I watched MTV some back then, and I don't remember this at all. Does anyone know if this was real, or what video it was?

I bet this is it. It has to be.

I don't know how I missed the Big Bird scene the lone time I saw this video. It's not the sort of thing I'd ever forget.
