. . . . . but I never received the follow-up email.  It's been over a week since I tried to register.  I thought I did everything correctly, I even spelled "Avenue" correctly.  Thanks for any assistance.



OK, and when I tried to post this the first time I got an error message that the name "bobonabike" has been reserved, so I will try to post this again with a slightly different name (tho I'd really like "bobonabike")

It seems that when the account was approved, the person who did it forgot to select the option to send the e-mail saying it was.  Sorry about that.
