Highlights include approval of the following projects:
(1) - I40 widening from the Kilpatrick Tpk to Garth Brooks Blvd in Canadian County
      this will include replacement of the Mustang Rd bridges over I40
(2) - I44 eastbound to I235 southbound ramp in OKC.
      at this pace, it will be another 10-12 years before this interchange is finished.
(3) - I44 bridge over 177th East Ave in Rogers County.
