(Side note:  In case there is concern from the moderators about accessing MoDOT's ftp site, MoDOT has given the address of their ftp site before in news releases such as this one:  http://www.modot.gov/northeast/newsandinformation/District3News.shtml?action=displaySSI&newsId=46599)

Highlights from what I have read so far:

* Page 3/466: The last sentence on the left side column seems oddly worded; it seems MoDOT is saying I-170 would get extended southward before the missing movements would be added at the PSB interchange.

* Page 10/466:  Good map of alignments for the new ramps.
