Around South Central Alaska (Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer, etc.). I doubt there are building collapses in Deadhorse or Juneau.

When the Cascadia Subduction Zone breaks loose, the quake will be 100+ times stronger than this one. Guess where I live? LOL!

You mean like the 9.2 Good Friday earthquake of 1964? That really clobbered Anchorage when it had much less population than it has now, as well as many other areas of south central Alaska.
The earthquake was rather deep, so damage was kept to a minimum. No reported deaths or major injuries, so it seems that Alaska's stronger building codes are doing the trick.
