Hi! This is a for-fun thread to do some arithmetic and find the numbers that work out. I'll give you a couple from NJ to get us started.
I-287 at I-80: 2-8+7 = 8^0
I-95 at I-195: 1*95 = 95
I-76 at I-295: 7+6=2*9-5

Let's see what y'all come up with!

I-41 and I-43: ∜1 = 4-3

IL:
I-41 and I-94: 4+1 = 9-4
I-57 and I-64: |5-7| = 6-4
I-57 and I-24: 5-7 = 2-4
I-80 and I-88: 8^0 = 8/8
I-355 and I-88: 3Root(5/5) = 8/8
I-355 and I-55: 3Root(5/5) = 5/5
I-355 and I-80: 3Root(5/5) = 8^0
I-355 and I-290: 3Root(5/5) = 29^0
I-294 and I-55: 29-4 = 5(5)
I-55 and I-80: 5/5 = 8^0
I-55, I-70, and I-270: 5/5 = 7^0 = 27^0
I-255 and I-270: 2(5)-5 = |2-7|+0
MO:
I-55 and I-44: 5/5 = 4/4
I-44 and I-70: 4/4 = 7^0
IN:
I-465 and I-69: 4+6+5 = 6+9 OR 4+65 = 69

"3Root" is meaning "Cubic Root of"

All five in Utah work.

I-15 and I-70: 1^5 = 7^0
I-15 and I-80: 1^5 = 8^0
I-15 and I-84: 1-5 = -8+4
I-15 and I-215: 1*5 = (2-1)*5
I-80 and I-215: 8+0 = 2+1+5

North Carolina has a couple (besides things like 40 == 1*40):
I-40 and I-85: 40 == 8*5
I-74 and I-85: 7-4 == 8-5

I-25 and I-70: 2+5=7+0
I-25 and I-76: Still working on it
I-70 and I-76: 7^0=7-6
I-25 and I-225: 2 mod 5 = 22 mod 5
I-25 and I-270: |2-5|=2+7^0
I-70 and I-225: 7^0=|2+2-5|
I-70 and I-270: 7*0=2*7*0
I-76 and I-270: 7-6=2-7^0

I was told there wouldn't be any math.

In Seattle, there's I-405 and I-90:

4+0+5 = 9+0

NY:
I-87 and I-90: 8-7=9^0

2+5=(7!)/(6!) works if that isn't cheating

Factorials are totally fair game.

Here's what I came up with for Florida:

I-4 and I-75:
I-4 and I-95: 4 = 9-5
I-4 and I-275: 4 = 2+7-5
I-10 and I-75:
I-10 and I-95:
I-10 and I-110: 10 = 1*10
I-10 and I-295:
I-75 and I-275: 7 mod 5 = 27 mod 5
I-75 and I-595:
I-95 and I-195: 95 = 1*95
I-95 and I-295: 9 mod 5 = 29 mod 5
I-95 and I-395: 9 mod 5 = 39 mod 5
I-175 and I-275: 17 mod 5 = 27 mod 5
I-275 and I-375: 27 mod 5 = 37 mod 5

I'll give CT a try

I-84/I-91: 8+√4-9=1
I-91/I-95: √9+1 =9-5
I-84/I-691: 8+√4=6+√9+1
I-84/I-384: 8-√4=3*8/4
I-84/I-291: 8+√4=2+9-1
I-91/I-691: √9+1=-6+9+1
I-91/I-291: 9-1=-2+9+1
Skipping I-95/I-395 because it's already been done
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

I-69/I-96 works 2 ways

6 + 9 = 9 + 6
6 * 9 = 9 * 6

You can also throw in the factorials to make it 4 ways.

kirbykart

I-481 @ I-690 - ∜81 = |6-9|+0
I-10 @ I-19 - 10 = 1+9
I-76 @ I-80 - 7-6 = 80

I'll try all 3 of Wyoming's interchanges:

I-25/I-80: 2+5=8-0!
I-25/I-90: 2*5=9+0!
I-80/I-180: 80=1*80

And in turn New Mexico:

I-10 and I-25: 10 = 2*5
I-25 and I-40: 2 mod 5 = √4+0

JayhawkCO

Kansas

I-35 and I-135: 35 = 1*35
I-35 and I-335: 3!*5 = (3+3)*5
I-35 and I-435: 3 mod 5 = 43 mod 5
I-35 and I-635: 3+5 = 6-3+5
I-70 and I-135: 7^0 = |1-3+5|
I-70 and I-470: 7^0 = 47^0
I-70 and I-435: 7+0 = 4*3-5
I-70 and I-670: 7^0 = 67^0
I-135 and I-235: |1+3-5| = (2+3)/5
I-335 and I-470: 3+3+5 = 4+7+0

Let's finish off CO's borders:

Nebraska

I-70/I-76: 7-6=8^0
I-80/I-180: 8+0=1*8+0
I-80/I-480: 8^0=48^0
I-80/I-680: 8-0!=6+8^0

Oklahoma (I think this is all of them)

I-35/I-40: -3+5=√4+0
I-35/I-44: 3+5=4+4
I-35/I-235: 3+5=2*|3-5|
I-35/I-240: 3+5=2*4+0
I-40/I-44: 4*0=4-4
I-40/I-235: 4+0=(2+3)/5
I-40/I-240: 4^0=24^0
I-44/I-235: 4-4=2+3-5
I-44/I-240: 4+4=2*4+0
I-44/I-244: 4+4=|2-4|*4
I-44/I-444: 4!-4=4*4+4

Closest to me, I-64/I-69:

6-4 = 6/sqrt(9)

Gives me an idea for 69's next interstate junction, to the SW:
KY:
I-24 and I-69: |2-4| = 6/(√9)
And some more in the Bluegrass State
I-265 and I-71: 2(6)-5 = 7(1)
I-64 and I-75: 6-4 = 7-5
I-24 and I-169: 2-4 = 1+6-9 or 2^4 = 1+6+9
I-65 and I-165/no multiplication: 6+5 = 16-5 or 6-5 = |√16-5|
